All Points East announce online hub to showcase hidden corners of the festival

As All Points East plans for 2021, we’re proud to announce our All Points East online hub to showcase the hidden corners of our festival. This will be topped up with exclusive content each day between Friday 22 May – 31 May, across the 10 days that would have been the third All Points East in Victoria Park.

All Points East’s website is the hub and archive for fans to view at their leisure as all the content will be staying put! Plus you can check out our Twitter + Instastories (@allpointseastUK) for regular updates. The programme is filled with exclusive gigs, Q&As, archive shows, cocktail & cooking classes, yoga sessions, museum workshops, artist playlists + more.

It all kicks off today with an exclusive gig with APE 2020 artist Jehnny Beth from her home in France. Plus we’ll be showing Anna Calvi’s standout performance at the festival’s first year in 2018 and a special screening of WHITE RIOT in association with NME – this energising film charts a vital London protest movement ‘Rock Against Racism’. Tomorrow we’re celebrating Tame Impala with an exclusive image reveal and playlist, courtesy of DIY. Keep checking for new activity, archive gigs and tributes for an array of All Points East artists including Kraftwerk, Nenneh CherryJohnny MarrJohn GrantIDLES and more.

Community values are hugely important to us, so we are involving as many local businesses and content providers for our programme. During the midweek for In The NBHD, All Points East will be celebrating the incredible local partners and businesses in collaboration with Tower Hamlets Council. We’ll be shining a spotlight on the amazing local business in the area, from BlueTit boutique salon to The Five Points Brewery Company and many more.

Get active online with MoreYoga’s free yoga sessions, Alive and Kicking – Football at Home, Wellbeing Wednesday with MoreMind and tune into your creative side with content from local companies ELAM’s Music Project, Half Moon Theatre and Stitch In Time. Check out the online hub for History Lessons with the Museum of London with Bunraku Puppets and even some Talkaoke with The People Speak.

Organisers say, “Today would have marked the start of All Points East 2020 and in celebration of our talented, vibrant, diverse and extraordinary artists and collaborators we will be showcasing the hidden corners of our festival over the next ten days. Please come together and enjoy a treasure trove of experiences. We will be sharing it all on this page so keep checking for new content. Each day starting from today. Love to all x”
