Opus Talent Solutions Group appoints Amy Golding as CEO

Opus Talent Solutions Group announced today the appointment and promotion of Amy Golding to CEO. She takes on her new role as the company rebrands and renames, cementing its position as a leading talent consultancy and recruitment firm. Since its formation in 2008, Opus has grown to a $100 million turnover business with 250 staff in seven offices including the UK, Europe, Australia and the US.

Golding joined the company as MD in March 2017 and takes over as CEO from Opus founder Darren Ryemill. Ryemill will continue to be actively involved with the Group whilst developing numerous brand new entrepreneurial opportunities and ventures.

Prior to Opus, Amy worked for Deloitte and then as Personal Business Advisor to ex Dragon’s Den investor James Caan. Aged 27 in December 2013 she launched Recruitment Entrepreneur, a Venture Capital Fund that invested in the best of the young recruitment firms. Recruitment Entrepreneur thrived and grew swiftly under Amy’s leadership and within three years had 130 staff and a £17 million turnover.

Amy Golding said “After running my own business I always thought I would go it alone but when I met Darren that changed. He’s inspirational as is the company he’s created. I’m very much looking forward to leading Opus and the fantastic teams as we kick off a new era.”
Darren Ryemill said “I’ve built Opus over the last nine years and there was only ever one person that I wanted to run the Group for me and that was Amy. She’s an incredible operator and I know she will take the business into even more successful and exciting areas.”
