BLONDIE ANNOUNCE CAMDEN POP-UP SHOP
Blondie announce their first ever pop-up shop will be coming to Camden Market in London from April 29th until 3rd May, as well as a unique photography exhibition by the band’s co-founder and guitarist, Chris Stein.
This very special pop-up and exhibition comes ahead of the band’s sold out Roundhouse show on May 3rd, celebrating the release two days later of their remarkable new album Pollinator. Tickets for the show sold out in 30 minutes.
The Camden pop-up shop will give fans the first chance to get their hands on exclusive merchandise, including highly limited edition vinyls, vintage tees as well clothing, bags and posters designed by artist Shepard Fairey. Exclusive items include 1000 copies only of a one off 7″ vinyl of previously unreleased and unheard track ‘Tonight’ co-written by Charlie XCX and recorded during the Magic Shop album sessions.
The shop will also host an exclusive photography exhibition by Chris Stein. Similar to Stein’s exhibition Chris Stein: Negative at Somerset House in 2014, this will showcase a series of iconic photographs, providing a behind the scenes look on life in the trailblazing band.
